Conditioning and Performance Program

Victory Soccer will be conducting a 5 week Conditioning and Performance Program at Lauralton Hall for athletes ages 9 to 16.

The program will consist of training in speed, quickness, agility, coordination, balance, endurance, fitness. Some of the training methods will include the use of speed and agility ladders, speed harness, jumping hurdles, reaction balls, ankle bands, waist bands. The program trainer will be Coach Woitek Novak, a former collegiate player at SCSU. Coach Woitek is one of the top fitness and conditioning coaches in Connecticut, having worked with both high school and college athletes.

(Normal cost is $70.00 per athlete, One time only event for MUSC members)
